| Description | Construction of Footpath along Service Road North in Sector I-8, Islamabad. CONDITIONS :- i. Interested Firms/Contractor can purchase the bidding documents from the office of Dy: Director Market & Roads Maintenance South Room No.40 CDA old Navel Complex G.6 Markaz Islamabad upon submission of application with a non-refundable amount Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) being cost of the Bidding Documents during working hours and no application will be received after given date and time. ii. Only firms/contractors registered with PPRA on E-PADS as vendors are eligible to purchase bidding documents. iii. The prospective bidders are required to submit Bid Security (Deposit at Call) amounting to Rs. 424,000/- in favour of Dy: Director Market & Roads Maintenance South, CDA at the time of submission of bid as mentioned in the bidding documents. The prospective bidders shall also upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS. iv. The prospective bidders are also required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at http;//eprocure.gov.pk before opening date. Original bids in accordance with the provisions of Rule 36(a) of Public Procurement Rules 2004 and terms & condition defined in the bidding documents must be submitted at the address mentioned below on or before above mentioned date and time.. v. In case of total bid amount is less than 10% below the NIT amount the bidder shall submit additional call deposit as performance security equal to the difference between NIT amount and total quoted amount less 10% of NIT amount the additional performance guarantee shall be submitted alongwith the bid. Bids having rates below 10% of NIT without additional call deposit will be rejected. vi. Bid Security / Earnest Money shall be accompanied with the request in the shape of Deposit at Call (CDR) clearly indicating the name of firm issued by local schedule bank in favour of Dy.Director Market & Road Maint (South),CDA. CDR without indicating Name of Firm will not be accepted and no application without bid security will be accepted for issuance of tenders. vii. The Firm providing unsubstantiated and/or incorrect information are liable to legal action and disqualification. viii. The Authority reserves the right to reject all the application as per PPRA Rules 2004, without assigning any reason. ix. The Advertisement is also available on CDA and PPRA, s websites. x.
